On either plan. Email us what you need. We reply with an estimate, and no work starts until you say yes. Then you approve a preview before it goes live.
It covers building your new site, or moving your current one, and it's separate from the yearly plan. Have a site today? Scan it and get an estimate you can adjust.
Billing and leaving
Basic is $120 a year and Pro is $300 a year. Plans renew automatically.
We email you 30 days before each renewal with the price and how to cancel.
Email hello@propello.app. Your plan runs to the end of its 12-month term, and unused months aren't refunded.
If you leave, you can take your site files with you, free of charge.

Propello has two plans. Basic is $10 a month and Pro is $25 a month, both billed once a year ($120 or $300). Both include hosting, SSL, backups and website care. Changes are $50 an hour, estimated before any work starts. A one-time setup fee covers building your new site or moving your current one.
Choose Propello Pro when patients should do more than read your site: book online, send a contact, quote or intake form, or read your blog. Pro also adds analytics. If your site mainly needs to show your services, hours and contact details, and stay correct, Basic covers it.

Yes. Propello charges a one-time setup fee to build a new site or move your current one. It is separate from the yearly plan. If you have a site today, the migration cost calculator scans it and gives you an estimate you can adjust.
A website builder is a tool you pay for and then run yourself. With Propello, the work is done for you: you email what you need, and Propello builds, hosts and updates your site. There's no builder, dashboard or login to learn.
Yes. To cancel a Propello plan, email hello@propello.app. Your plan stays active to the end of its 12-month term, and unused months aren't refunded. If you leave, you can take your site files with you, free of charge.
