Terms of service
These terms explain how Propello plans work: what you pay, what we do, how renewal works and how to leave. We've kept them plain.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you (the business that signs up) and Propello LLC, a California limited liability company ("Propello", "we", "us"). By signing up for a plan or approving an estimate, you agree to them.
We work with practices anywhere in the world, by email. Prices are in US dollars.

Changes on either plan are billed separately (see "Changes").
Setup fee
Building a new website from scratch, or moving your existing website to Propello, has a setup fee. It's separate from the yearly plan.
Changes
- Changes are $50 an hour on either plan.
- Email us what you want. We reply with an estimate before any paid work starts.
- We only start when you approve the estimate.
- You get a preview link. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Payment and renewal
- Plans are billed yearly.
- Your plan renews automatically. Each plan lasts 12 months from its start date. It then renews for another 12 months until you cancel.
- We remind you first. We email you 30 days before each renewal with the price and how to cancel.
Cancelling
To cancel, emailhello@propello.app. Your plan stays active until the end of its 12 months.
Refunds
We don't refund unused months of a yearly plan.
Your site and your content
- What you give us must be yours to use. You confirm you have the rights to what you send us: photos, reviews, logos, and patient images with written consent.
- Leaving Propello. If you leave, you can take your site files with you, free of charge.
What we can't promise
We build your site to be fast, accurate and easy for search engines and AI assistants to read. We can't promise any ranking on Google or any other search engine or AI assistant, because they decide that. We work to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never go down.
If you run a health practice
You are responsible for what your website says about your care and for following the rules of your licensing board. Please don't ask patients to send health information through your website until we've agreed how it will be handled.
