Privacy policy

This page explains what information Propello collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Propello builds, hosts and updates websites for small practices. In this policy, "Propello", "we" and "us" means Propello LLC, a California limited liability company. You can reach us athello@propello.app or +1 (213) 719-3421.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you email or call us, we get your name, email address or phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us, like your practice's name, your website address or a change you'd like.
  • Customer details. If you become a customer, we also keep what we need to run your website and bill you: your practice's business details, your domain, your requests and our estimates, and billing records.
  • Basic technical data. Like every website, our host receives technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It isn't sent to us.

We don't use a contact form, advertising pixels or analytics on this website.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and send estimates.
  • To build, host, update and support your website if you're a customer.
  • To bill you and keep the records the law requires.
  • To keep our website and our customers' websites secure and working.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run Propello, and only as much as they need:

How long we keep it

We keep emails and records only as long as we need them to work with you, and as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to customer data. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be lost or misused.

Websites we build for practices

This policy covers propello.app, not the websites we build for our customers.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@propello.app. We may need to keep some records the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state's privacy law.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the change is important, we'll also email current customers.
