Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use propello.app, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or reduced motion.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. It's the standard most accessibility laws and guides point to. We're working toward it, and we don't claim that every page meets it yet.

What we do

• Check colour contrast for text and buttons in light and dark mode.
• Use real headings, labels and link text, so screen readers can find their way around.
• Make every part of the site work with a keyboard.
• Respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• Test pages with automated tools and by hand before changes go live.
