I spent a decade building software at eBay, Meta and Roblox. Then people around me started asking for help with their websites: two nonprofits, my mother-in-law's optician shop in Budapest, and my own projects, like nativdocs.co and usedruvo.com.
Every site needed the same things: fast pages, the right hours and services, old links that keep working, and someone to make changes. So I built a platform that does the routine work, with a person checking every page.
Propello is that platform, now open to other practices. And unlike most practice-website companies, our prices are on this page: $120 a year, $60 a page to move your site, and $50 an hour for changes, estimated before we start.

What's the catch?
Two things aren't in Propello's $120 a year. Moving your site is a one-time $60 a page, and changes are $50 an hour, estimated before any work starts. And the plan is billed once a year: it renews automatically, with a reminder 30 days before, and unused months aren't refunded.
Is the homepage preview really free?
Yes. Send Propello your website and we rebuild your homepage and send you a preview link, before you pay anything. If you like it, we move the rest of your site. If you don't, that's the end of it.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Propello plans run one year at a time and renew automatically. We email you 30 days before each renewal with the price and how to cancel. To cancel, email hello@propello.app; your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain stays yours, and Propello points it at your new site. If you leave, you keep your domain and you can take your site files with you, free of charge.
How do patients and AI assistants find my practice?
Propello builds every practice site to be easy for Google and AI assistants to read. Pages are fast and mobile-friendly, with clear titles, a sitemap and structured data for your services, hours and location. Propello also keeps your name, address, phone and hours matched to your Google Business Profile, so search engines and assistants find the same facts on your site and your listing.
Will Propello get my practice to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise a top spot on Google, and Propello doesn't. What Propello does is give Google clear signals: fast pages, clear titles, structured data, and your name, address, phone and hours matched to your Google Business Profile. Where you rank still depends on things like your reviews, your listing and the practices near you.
What do I need to send to get started?
To start with Propello, send your current website address through the form on this page or email it to hello@propello.app. No website yet? Send your Google listing instead. Propello rebuilds it as a modern, mobile-first site and sends you a preview link. Once you approve it, it goes live on your domain, with every old page link redirected.
Does Propello work with practices outside the US?
Yes. Propello works with practices anywhere in the world. Everything runs by email, so where your practice is doesn't change how we work together.
